COMPANY POLICIES

STUDIO POLICIES

SORRY, NO guests are allowed in the treatment area, they are more than welcomed to wait in the waiting room.

No recording or photos during the procedure.

MUST be at least 18 years old to get semi-permanent makeup services.

MUST NOT BE DIABETIC.

MUST NOT be pregnant or nursing, pre-existing conditions, taking Rentin- A, have skin irritations near or on treatment area ie. breakout.It is my goal to provide a clean and safe atmosphere, free from distractions and contaminations thank you for understanding.

 

BOOKING POLICY

ALL NEW BROW appointments will require a non-refundable $100 booking fee, that will go towards your session. The remaining balance will be due in cash on the day of your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Cancellations will result in loss of booking fee. If you wish to acquire an appointment in the future, the price of the procedure is required to be paid in full at the time of booking, the full amount will be your deposit. 

No Shows will in result in forfeiting your booking fee completely. 

Rescheduling is allowed only ONCE and will require a 72-hour notice, your deposit will transfer to the new date. You will need to check online for the next available appointment time before contacting me to reschedule. 

Rescheduling more than once will result in forfeiting the booking fee. So please make sure you are completely committed to your new appointment date.

*Semi Permanent Make-Up Procedures are for serious clients only! I take pride in my work and care deeply for my clients. If you choose to reschedule please understand that you are rescheduling based on my availability, if our schedules do not meet, it will result in cancellation as I only book 1 month ahead. I take the time to block out that day and time for you, making it unavailable for prospecting clients. If you choose to reschedule, cancel or show up late, it’s unfortunate for me as an artist and other clients who wanted and or need your appointment time. I try my best to accommodate everyone so thank you for understanding.

 

LATE POLICY

Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation. Your booking fee will be forfeited and another will be required to reschedule (ONLY if there are availabilities), this will go toward the new appointment date. If you do not put down a booking fee, it will result in a cancellation and you will forfeit your entire deposit.

You are basically paying a penalty for being late. I understand unexpected things can happen that are beyond anyone’s control, that is why it is advise to arrive 15 minutes early.

Each session takes up to 3.5 hours to complete, and shouldn't be rushed. If you are late, it can run into the next appointment, Please be courteous of the person after you, everyone's time is greatly valued.

 

NO GUARANTEES

There are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over.

Some of the things included:

  • Lifestyle choices.

  • How you care for your brows, what you put on them shortly after the peeling process.

  • How your skin heals and retains pigment.

A touch up is highly recommended to fill in any missing strokes or correct any concerns, however, absolutely no guarantees will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results.

Although I'll give my best effort to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less desirable outcome as each client will heal differently.
